Part Time Culinary Programs We here at the FBI Understand that not everyone has the time on their hands to commit to a year of full-time studies. Therefore, we have devised three part - time programs under the guidance of Chefs Nicolas van der Walt, Donald Wilson & Vincent Bernardt. City and Guilds Food Preparation & Culinary Arts Certificates for both culinary arts and patisserie as well as Skill Proficiency Pastry Certificate (top 10 Bakes) are now available through part time study.
Evening Classes & Saturday Workshops. The FBI runs several evening classes and speciality workshops in an array of topics. Throughout the year we teach classes on pastry, baking, breads, cake decorating, as well as hot kitchen skills with specialities in pasta, molecular gastronomy, and a whole lot more.
